At ChargePanda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of your original purchase — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund:
You must request it within 7 days of your purchase date
You must not have violated our license agreement (e.g., code redistribution)
You must provide a valid reason (optional, but helps us improve)
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please log in to your ChargePanda account and open a support ticket under the "Billing & Refunds" category.
Make sure to include:
Your full name
Order or invoice number
Brief reason for the refund (optional, but appreciated)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase
If the software was heavily modified, encoded for redistribution, or breached in any way
Claims based on hosting/server incompatibility after successful installation (we clearly list requirements)
Dissatisfaction due to lack of features not advertised at the time of purchase
4. One-Time Refund Per Customer
To prevent abuse, we offer one refund per customer. Repeat purchases after a refund will not be eligible.
5. Payment Gateway Fees (if any)
Depending on the payment provider used (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), minor gateway fees may not be refundable. These are out of our control.
6. License Deactivation
Upon refund approval:
Your license key will be permanently deactivated
Software usage and access will be revoked
You agree to stop using and uninstall the product
