When you purchase ChargePanda, your license never expires. Your installed version is yours to keep and use indefinitely — no strings attached.
Every purchase also includes 6 months of complimentary support and updates, so you can get help and receive the latest improvements right after you buy.
After 6 months, your software keeps running normally. Renewal is completely optional — only needed if you want access to future updates and priority support. You will never be billed automatically.

What Is Included With Your Purchase?

What Happens After 6 Months?
Your installed version of ChargePanda continues working normally. Your license does not expire. You are not required to renew.
If you want to receive future versions, bug fixes, and priority support after your included period ends, you can optionally renew at any time.
Optional Renewal
Renewal is available at 40% of the current license price for another 6 months of support and updates.
Example: if the current price is $49, a 6-month renewal costs $19.60. There is no penalty for renewing late — you can renew whenever it suits you.

- Third-party service issues outside ChargePanda.
- Custom payment gateway development unless agreed separately.
- Major customization requests for your own business workflow.
Payment Gateway Requests
ChargePanda supports multiple payment gateways. If the gateway you need is not currently included, you can request it after purchase.
For paid customers, we can add one eligible payment gateway at no extra cost within 5 business days, subject to gateway documentation and API availability.
