Terms of Service

Welcome to ChargePanda. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChargePanda software, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by ChargePanda (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, installing, or using ChargePanda, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ChargePanda on one domain per purchase. This license is solely for your personal or business use. You may not sublicense, resell, lease, distribute, or modify and resell the software without our express written consent.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the ChargePanda software, including the source code (encoded or otherwise), designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Muhammad Rizwan Ahmed. Your license does not grant you ownership of any part of the software except as outlined above.

3. Intended & Permitted Use

ChargePanda is intended for the sale and delivery of ethical digital products, including but not limited to:

Software

E-books

Educational content

Templates

Scripts and business tools

You may not use ChargePanda to host, sell, or distribute:

Music, beats, songs, audio entertainment

Adult, pornographic, or explicit material

Gambling, betting, or lottery-related products

Interest-based financial services or speculative instruments

Content that infringes on copyrights or violates law

Any material deemed unethical, harmful, or prohibited under moral or faith-based standards

We reserve the right to deny updates, revoke your license, or terminate support if you are found using the platform for prohibited content.

4. Hosting & System Requirements

ChargePanda requires the following minimum server configuration:

PHP 8.1 or higher

MySQL 5.7 or higher

Ioncube Loader installed

Web server (Apache/Nginx) with required extensions

It is your responsibility to ensure that your hosting environment meets these requirements.

5. Content Responsibility

ChargePanda is a self-hosted software. We do not control, monitor, or intervene in the content you upload or distribute. You are solely responsible for:

The legality and accuracy of your content

Ethical compliance with your target market

Your customers' data, experience, and rights

We do not accept liability for content misuse or abuse of the platform.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase if:

The software does not function as described

Our support team is unable to resolve a core issue within reasonable time

The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

Server misconfiguration

Unsupported hosting environments

Modified or tampered source code

Misuse or prohibited use

7. Software Updates & Support

Updates: You are entitled to updates for the duration of your active support period.
Support Includes: Help with installation, configuration, and usage via email.
Support Excludes: Server setup, custom development, or integration with third-party systems.

8. Data Privacy & Security

ChargePanda does not collect or store your store’s customer data. Any access we request (for support purposes) will be temporary and done only with your written consent. You are responsible for user data security, backups, and compliance with privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile encoded portions of the software

Circumvent license checks or use cracked copies

Use ChargePanda on multiple domains without proper license

Remove or alter copyright/trademark notices

Sell or promote illegal or unethical content

10. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your license and suspend updates/support without refund if:

You violate any part of these Terms

You use the software in prohibited or unethical ways

You distribute pirated or modified versions of the software

Your usage poses harm to the ChargePanda brand or community

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhammad Rizwan Ahmed shall not be liable for:

Any direct or indirect financial loss

Downtime or business interruption

Hosting misconfiguration or email failures

Data loss or unauthorized access

Any misuse of the software or your own negligence

ChargePanda is provided as-is. You assume full responsibility for deploying and operating it securely.

12. Faith-Inspired Design (Optional Ethos)

ChargePanda was designed with the intention to promote ethical, clean, and purpose-driven digital commerce. While not restricted to any religion, we strongly discourage the use of the software for selling haram, unethical, or socially harmful content.

This reflects our commitment to supporting creators, teachers, and developers who contribute positively to society.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated via our official channels. Continued use of ChargePanda after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
